What Are The Healthiest Fruits?
BANANAS are excellent. They contain antioxidants and many vitamins and minerals that help with everything from muscles to brain power! And you know the old cliche - an apple a day keeps the doctor away! Kiwi fruit is also high in many essential vitamins and nutrients. Coconut is very good for the skin and has many nutrients, minerals and vitamins too! Pomegrants are too, very nutritious. Strawberries and other berries are also rich in much needed nutrients!
What fruits are the healthiest, lowest in sugar?
Watermelons great!!! or maybe half an avacado full of good fat that you need or grapefruit can be good :) Or Grapefruit. Apples. Berries. Eat more veg than fruit though.

Pears have a lot of fiber.

AVACADOS ARE VERY BAD FOR YOU!!! THEY HAVE A HIGH FAT CONTENT!!!

-carrots
-celery (it has negative calories because you lose calories while digesting it)
-lettuce
-green beans
-broccoli

Really, any fruits and vegetables will give you clear skin. A few really good ones are:
Apples - lots of fiber, about 5 grams - plus, they may help to whiten teeth
Pears - again, lots of fiber, around 4-5 grams
Oranges - lots of fiber, 3-4 grams or so
Bananas - they have potassium, and around 3 grams of fiber
Watermelon - SUCH A CLEANSER! obviously, all the water is really beneficial to your skin
Pomegranites - good source of antioxidants (they protect your skin from outside dangers, ex. sun)
Celery - it takes more calories to burn it than what it actually contains!
Carrots - vitamin A - you've never seen a bunny with glasses, have you?
Dark, leafy veggies ex. Kale (delicious steamed), Swiss Chard - packed with antioxidants
Sweet Potatoes - I believe vitamin A? It's orange, so I'm pretty sure. Plus, a good source of fiber if you eat the skin
What is one of the healthiest fruits to eat?
The first is avocados. Great source of unsaturated fats, proteins, and antioxidants. Helps reduce blood pressure, cholesterol levels and even thought to help reduce the risk of some cancers.
The other is blueberries - fresh or frozen. High antioxidants and fiber. Try some on a high fiber low sugar breakfast cereal with whole milk and you've got a great start to your day.
