What are the most healthiest fruits?
My fave's are citrus, (vit. C & anti-oxidants) and any berries--brain food, apples, grapefruit. Some said Blueberries, apples, grapes, pears, bananas, almost all fruits are! :).
Berries low cal high fiber best antioxidents, melon low cal just yummy sub instead of cookies, banana high pottassium decent fiber, apple 80cal 5g fiber per 5oz apple, all fruits provide vitimins and minerals that u need..just dont have too much fruittt but of course they are good for u =)

All fruits are full of different vitamins, minerals and other things you need, so when researching their health value, you would do best to simply look at sugar. You also want to pick the brightest colored fruits because they are generally the most nutrient-packed. Above all, the most important thing is to eat a variety of fruits (and vegetables) from different color families.
As for the tastiest...that's a matter of personal opinion!

Healthiest fruits are Bannanas, Oranges, Bluberries, Grapefruit, Pianeapple. Those are considered miracle foods. Watermelon and Pears have vitamins but not as much and are higher glycemic index numbers. But don't count them out all fruits are good for you. Natural sugars, good fiber, vitamins, etc.

These are my favorite and I choose them not just because of their low carb goodness but also because they are among the most nutritious. Fruits: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries,nectarines,cantalope,bluebe… bell peppers ( red bell peppers are highest in vitamin C but all bell peppers are higher in the C vitamin than oranges), zuchini and other "summer type " squashes, pumpkin.
Veggies: Mustard greens, turnip greens, collard greens,kale,swiss chard,spinach,asparagus,broccoli,caulifl… root, turnips ( roots ). I eat selections from these fruits and vegetables daily.

You can't lose weight as fast as possible...it'll come back just as fast if you did. You have to have a diet that you'll stick to even afterwards. Like I'm doing the 1200 calories a day thing and have been for the past few months. Now I unconsciously calorie count and I've had great results. Also, bananas are really good for you and only about 50-80 calories!

Vegetables. I know cuz I only ate veggies for a whole week, and I lost 10 pounds. But when I only eat fruit, I become constipated LOL.
Vegetables are. Fruits are good but they have a lot of sugar. Natural sugar is better for you, but your body does not know the difference between sugar from an apple and sugar from a candy bar. Hope this helps.
The veggies make you run to the bathroom more than anything else (well besides food poisoning I guess).

Pomegranate juice is the most healthiest juice among the fruit. There are lot of calories in it and more over if you add sugar are not also there is naturally occur sugar in it.
There are many advantages by taking it like it protect against some cancers, such as prostate cancer. It might also modify heart disease risk factors, and it could be healthy for your heart. So pomegranate was the clear winner.

- Apples would probably be my number one answer. They're nothing exotic or special, but they're found all year around and are packed with nutrients and fiber. (:

- Oranges. You see them everywhere, plus they contain an entire day's worth of vitamin C.
Im going to have to go with blueberries as well. You can find them frozen or fresh and you can add them to just about anything. They're full of fiber so you'll feel full and they're only about 75 calories for a cup. They're also considered a neutral calorie food meaning your body burns as much energy as it takes to digest them due to all the fiber.

Green vegetables are the best but you can have a variety. ya fruit has a lot of sugar but they're still better for you than candy. lol I read an article in Time about how weight watchers is changing their point system or whatever and you can pretty much eat as much fruit as you want. everyone freaked out because of the fact that fruits were so low in points but they had sugar. (I don't remember his name) but someone made the comment that they didn't get that way from eating too much fruit. personally I think oranges, apples, bananas, and pomegranates are all good. large variety of vitamins. if you're cutting out candy and crap, don't worry about the sugar in fruit.
