There is no such thing as a fruit or vegetable that is bad for you. The highest calorie ones would be avocado- which are very good for you in small amounts- and bananas- which are also great for you. Go for the dark foods which contain the most vitamins, minerals and other good stuff which prevent heart disease and stroke, high BP/cholesterol, etc. Examples would be blueberries, strawberries, all the other berries, dark grapes, dark leafy lettuces, carrots, eggplant, broccoli and other cruciferous veggies, tomatoes, etc. Good luck and don't forget to also eat a wide variety of other healthy foods!
